🚚 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking number.

🚛 Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

  • Remote Areas: May take 1–2 additional days

  • We use trusted courier partners to ensure fast and safe delivery across India.

📍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small fee may apply (if enabled)

📦 Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

  • You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order ID.

🔁 Delivery Issues / Delays

  • If your order is delayed beyond 7 working days, please contact our support team.

  • In case of lost, damaged, or undelivered parcels, we will investigate and either reship or refund the order as needed.
